And what incentive was there for you to agree to this - how did they win you or Mrs Nick over???

- £10 off your Council Tax
- Highlighted that if it blew up could cause damage to your neighbours property
- your community needs you propoganda
- or this is a new toy / gadget do you fancy playing with it Mr Nick  lol:
