FA Cup Final - Serious Piss Boiling

Welsh National Anthem ??? fuck off in a Welsh competition. I am absolutely fuming about it. The game was NOT an international, there was no way the Welsh anthem should have been played, the puzzled look on the players faces was a scream when they didnt even know what they were listening to.

I thought much the same Berek ~ I assume they did it to appease the more rabid Cardiff fans ...... As for the players, to be honest you could have played anyone of a dozen National Anthems and at least one player would have snapped to attention and placed his hand on his heart ~ and that, in a nutshell, is what is wrong with the England Team.

In all fairness the vast majority of the fans agreed with you. It was only when Rhodri bollox of the Welsh assembly got involved that it became an issue.  noooo:

Well ~ if we are being fair ..... it is actually a jolly good song. Did they sing Bread of Heaven as well, during the match like? One of the joys of going to the Rugby at the old Arms Park was the singing of the Welsh fans, that and a few pints of Brains and I would start reminding people of my Welsh born Grandmother  sad24:



But in retrospect it was prolly more the beer than anything.
