As part of my cost cutting strategy I've arranged to meet mortgage person at their local office. Off I go, all prepared with 5 years of accounts, current valuations, outlined strategy etc, ready for a face to face.
She's only gone and double booked herself and is 10 miles down the road in another appointment
Well, we might be able to do this over the phone with head office. Half an hour and numerous calls later, I'm handed the phone. I explain... again.

Incidentally, as part of my case, I explain that I bought the property for 1.0 and the current value according the land registry site (recent transactions) is 3.0
