Watched the Ivan Ortega early re-edit of The Last Jedi. It has more of the feel of the original trilogy instead of the 'subverting expextations' shite that Rian Johnson tried to peddle to the fans and once he gets the additional footage filmed that he is intending to add in for the final edit it will be spot on. If Kennedy and the rest of the Lucasfilm senior management had any sense they would hire him on to try and fix the mess that the more recent films have become as it shows what happens when a fan works on the franchise.

Started listening to this on Audible last night, Dr Denis Leary writes a self help book. It's safe to say that while he may not be doing the hyperactive motormouth bit any more age hasn't mellowed Denis in the slightest and given what I've listened to so far I can pretty much guarantee that some people will take offence to a lot of what he says. That being said I'm hoping he records the other 2 in the series as well.  Thumbs:
