A corker last night.
One of our neighbours is away and her sister and BIL are coming round to feed her cat.
They parked in our driveway yesterday and blocked us in.
Mrs Nick had to go out, so we asked them to move their car. Much grumbling, but they did. She went off and they reparked their car in our driveway!
Mrs Nick returned and we had to get them to move their car AGAIN
She parked and they reparked their car in our driveway BLOCKING US IN!
I suggested they parked elsewhere.
"Make us"
So I TOLD them to move.
"You fucking arsehole (
) (this in front of The Boy) we are entitled to park here."
"No you aren't. Shift it."
"You fucking arsehole. You are not being neighbourly (
)"
Me: You aren't our neighbours fortunately. ANd blocking the drive is not neighbourly. Shift it."
"You fucking arsehole (
) your garden is a mess (true) and now you have made your wife cry."
Mrs Nick in tears at confrontation.
"No, you have made her cry. Shift your car."
Woman starts shouting and screaming about the "condition of your dustbin"
In the end we all stormed off dramatically.
All very odd.
