Looks at manual
Chucks manual away (I'm a bloke I dont do the manual thing)
Blackberry dies as a result of random button pressing bricking it
Blackberry sent back as still under guarrantee
New one arrives

New SIM has to be registered first - hopefully within 2 hours.

Then I need to put the new SIM in the old phone to copy across all my numbers. Then that, in theory, should get me up and running!
