I weigh more now than when I was drinking
I do not eat cake, cereals, sweets, biscuits or dairy products. All meats are grilled (George Foreman style). I eat "oily" fish twice a week and have at least one vegetarian day a week.
I take tablets to control my diabetes, tablets to control my blood pressure, tablets to control my angina, tablets to control my heart rate, tablets to make me pee. "They" tell me that the tablets do not contain anything fattening. I gave up smoking 12 years or so ago, I have drunk half a pint of Youngs bitter (with Nick) in the last thirty months. I do not drink ordinary tea nor do I drink coffee, fizzy drinks ("diet" or otherwise) or anything with milk or caffeine in it. I drink about three to four litres of water a day. You tell me what I am doing wrong because I am convinced that this is not actually helping me to live longer ~ but it sure feels like I am
