This sounds a bit pointless though..

Once tried in the US, Abu Hamza would have to return to the UK to complete his jail term before being extradited if any sentence was handed down to him by an American court.

Unfortunately while we've got rid of him Quatada is out on bail having had his extradition blocked by the court of appeal.

Let him have his cushy sentence here, give him as much time off for good behaviour as you like – then send him off to rot for 100 years at the American's expense.
