And did you have shaved parmesan on the top, like?  Or did you wax it?

The shaved Parmigiana was mouldy... and the big lump of Parmigiana that my friend ( eyes:) brought me from Milan was mouldy too...  sad24:

It being Sunday "Dinner Tonight" turns into lunch mid-afternoon. Roast Free Range Chook, roast taters, mangy touts, carrots, baby sweetcorn, stuffing, cranberry sauce, bacon rolls followed by Fresh Fruit Salad and double cream. Washed down with a nice Aussie Shiraz. Then an hour in the arm chair ZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
