Same as Tipsy, except I had poached egg instead of steak, and toast instead of chips. Oh, and I did without the salad too

I saw that sort of comment posted after a recipe ...  ;D

On Thursday as we left Holland I bought a kilo of white asparagus.
That with Hollandaise sauce is dinner at the Kennels tonight along with a nicely chilled bottle of dry Muscadet purchased in Calais (€13.75 for 6 bottles)
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.
