Tried a new butchers today because last night pork chops weren't anywhere near as good as all the previous times. I've a feeling that the business has moved on to the next generation of the family, and it would appear that they are sourcing their pork from elsewhere, and it showed  cry:

Tonight, it's braised steak with mash, carrots, French beans and sweetheart cabbage. If it tastes anywhere near as good as it smells after only 45 minutes, I'm in for a treat  cloud9:
