I have just whacked the chicken fillet to 25% of its former thickness. It is resting in a bowl of mystery marinade to be grilled later and served with a Caesar Salad  cloud9:

There's something strangely pleasing about bashing your meat with an hammer  eeek:  It doesn't matter how thin the butcher cuts the schnitzel, I always have to make it thinner
