I think I might have made a mistake 
Picked up some Basa fillet this afternoon to have with some french fries and green beans... Only to find that Basa is a substitute name for the dreaded Vietnamese River Cobbler from the Mekong Delta 

I had some before and it was tasteless... not to mention it coming from one of the most polluted rivers 

It will be grilled to virtual incineration and served with lashings of garlic and butter sauce 

If it's foul it'll be chip butties for me tonight
