I think I might have made a mistake  rubschin:
Picked up some Basa fillet this afternoon to have with some french fries and green beans... Only to find that Basa is a substitute name for the dreaded Vietnamese River Cobbler from the Mekong Delta  eeek:

I had some before and it was tasteless... not to mention it coming from one of the most polluted rivers  scared2:

It will be grilled to virtual incineration and served with lashings of garlic and butter sauce  eveilgrin:

If it's foul it'll be chip butties for me tonight   sad32:

I had some of that once, and I emphasize once. I didn't know about the Mekong delta bit though  noooo:

Anyway, undecided at the moment but I suspect my mate Mahmood's restaurant will form part of the evening  cloud9:
