I am having an absolute cook a  thon  eeek:

Fruit cakes in oven - with fruits that have been soaking in sherry now for a couple of days and an apricot glaze.

Pistachio and pumpkin gooey flapjacks to be put in oven afters

....and a big bowl of chilli on the go to be served with rice tortilla and a sour cream and chive dip  :thumbsup:

Had a couple of hours break at lunchtime.

Will complete the work this afternoon and then finish cooking.
