Lasagne - homemade (other than the pasta - have tried a few times but wonder why anyone would bother)

Oh noes homemade is much better.............maybe not in lasagne tho.......   but for other stuff.......

Turkey breast with all the trimmings 

Washed down with some "raw cider" I picked up yesterday. A colleague said, "if yer ever up my neck of the woods, go to 'this' farm, he does it real cheap"

So I did, lovely ancient apple chopper upperer machines, ancient press, ancient barrels, a real blast from the past
5 litres = £5.00... 62.5p a pint     He didn't know how strong it was, and neither did I, but by god I slept bloody well last night

And no gut rot!
