I having smoked lardons, gently fried with some garlic and onion and a red chilli or two...I will pour on Passata and bring up the heat.

I will cook some cheese, garlic and herb fresh tortelloni in boiling water, (use some of the water to thin the sauce down if necessary) drain, combine the pasta with the sauce, plate up, sprinkle with cheese... cloud9:

I will drink copious amounts of red wine throughout the preparation, and the cooking, and the eating...and after the eating as well, while watching a Sherlock Holmes DVD that I had for my burfday like...

which no-one on here remembered... sad24:

We don't remember anyone's birthday ..... We look at the calendar and if you haven't put your DOB on your profile the system does not tell us when it is your Birthday. You have only your vanity to blame.
