Melt in the Middle fishcakes   rubschin:   + roasted fennel, pepper 'n' red onions

Cue  sick2: from some quarters   ::)

sounds yummy. What melts?

A spinach and Gruyere sauce allegedly ... Tesco's Finest   angel1

sounds gorgeous. Got a tip for you, am actually eating it now. When you do the cyprus roast tatoes, scrape all the tomato and onion stuff from the roasting tin into a bowl and sprinkle with feta. Dunk with crusty bread. Have just tried it now, its heavenly.

. . . and you really believe it contains fish ?

Manwhile, here at Marley Mansions there is a Maple glazed pork tenderrloin roasting together with a pan full of root veggies 'n shrooms roasting away. Collapso to accompany!

Smelling good - I may put on weight . . .
