OMG, had the most amazing steak (sorry steve) tonight. Our butcher had it cut special in the back and kind of secretly reccomended it for special customers. I am not a big red meat eater, but god it was gorgeous.
I also did a ceasar salad with my homemade ceasar sauce (recipe on request) 
Recipe please ma'am. I use to use M & S's Caesar dressing but it doesn't seem to taste of much these days, so now use there balsamic one which is "OK"
Mayonaise ( a runny one from a squeezy bottle, the stuff in the ar is too thick ), Grate a handfull of parmesan on the finest bit of the grater so its like powder, 3 garlic cloves, fresh lemon juice and about 2/3 tsp of anchovy sauce. The anchovy sauce looks and smells rancid. Its like brown runny mud and is really salty so add it bit bybit to taste.
I love caesar dressing and never really found one in the shops that taste the real deal. I can eat this with a spoon its so yummy.
