Tonight me, Meg and Junior are going to our local Chinese Restaurant..this is what we are having:

Hot and Sour Soup

Salt and Pepper chicken wings
BBQ Spare Ribs
Sesame and Honey Prawns
Prawn and Ham bites

2 bowls of fried rice

Sechuan Chilli Beef
Satay Chicken
Chicken Ku-Po

 whistle:

We went out with friends for Chinese last night. It must of had shovels of MSG on it (not Michael Schenker TMR), I've felt like crap all day. Good old beans on toast in a while, should be safe with that

We ended up on Pizza Express.

Tonight: empty the fridge before you go away and bung everything in Risotto

It will be full of surprises  eveilgrin:

Rice, Meat Balls in Sweet n Sour Sauce and prolly a bottle of beer for my dinner tonight ~ comfort food 'cos it's f'ing cold here.

Local's market organic fishcakes, grilled tomatoes, petit pois,
White Cheshire cheese & Bath Olivers with a dash of mango chutney,
Choccy brownie washed down with a glass or several of dry white...
