Had sea bream for the first time the other night alongside risotto. Very nice too  :thumbsup: (filleted by Morrisons though)

Yes, I have to say that I prefer Sea Bream to Sea Bass - which I also fillet. It's actually not that hard - you need a long thin flexible knife that is ultra sharp though. Mind you, I keep all knives for cooking ultra sharp - can't abide working with a dull blade . . .
