Definitely nutty as a fruitcake but she's good fun. She wondered where the red plastic rind was on the cheddar. However have now learned I've been pronouncing Gouda and Edam completely wrong.

It seems that in Dutch you have to gargle your "Gs" and the "E" in edam is pronounced as an "A" Oh , and you roll your "Rs"
