Steak and roast "Mediterranean" veg

She has burnt cremated the roasted "Mediterranean" veg (of which there was never enough anyway as I told her before they went into the oven) so it looks like I am having grilled steak, mushroom and fried egg now ~ which strangely is what I suggested in the beginning ~ it is of course my fault.  whistle:


Times I have told that woman that roasting veg in a fan oven, without covering them, for 45 minutes is a tad optimistic  noooo:
