So, last week I made a basic Indian curry sauce which can be used to make so many Indian dishes. I decanted the sauce into take away containers and froze them.

Tonight I make a hot chicken Madras Phall using the sauce, and it was very nice too, but why is there so much bloody washing up, considering the sauce was already bloody made  noooo:
