Even Nod can make it without injury, death or conflagration 
1. Set oven to 180
oC to pre heat
2. Panic after 5 minutes because you don't think to switched it on just turned on the gas
3. Remember you have an electric oven and calm down
4. Open freezer and take out packet.
5. Close freezer door
6. Panic because your hands are cold and you may have frostbite
7. Call Nick in hysterics because you think you are about to lose your fingers
8. Calm down
9. Remove outer packaging and plastic film
10. Spend half an hour checking to make sure you haven't left any tiny parts of the plastic film in place
11. Put on a baking tray and then place in the oven
12. Set timer for 30 minutes
13. Panic because you think you forgot to set the timer
14. Check to make sure you set the timer
15. Check to make sure you set the timer
16. Check to make sure you set the timer
17. Take timer with you so you don't keep going into the kitchen to check if you set it
18. Once timer sounds put on an oven glove and remove tray from the oven.
19. Switch the oven off
20. Check the oven so you don't burn the house down
21. Make sure you haven't given yourself a 1st degree burn through the oven glove
22. Panic that you are about to burn the house down because you haven't switched off the oven.
23. Check the oven so you don't burn the house down
24. Enjoy your meal
25. Take the oven glove off so that you can hold a fork properly
