Like normal food then. I see.

It is normal food ~ if your idea of normal is minced offal, brains and oatmeal wrapped in a sheep's stomach lining then yes it is normal.

Actually no worse than minced scraps of meat and fat mixed with breadcrumbs and encased in cows intestines ~ but we call those sausages.

I'm beginning to see my daughter's point.

Do try to keep up  noooo:

You don't expect me to read the reams of offal that appear whilst I'm trying to scrape together the remnants of a livlihood?  noooo:

Prick the skin first ~ several times in different places or you will regret it.

Haggis, like black pudding, is sold ready cooked and only needs heating.

TBH ................ Nope!

So which bit has changed ~ would it be the bit about mirrors because I covered my arse on that by saying that since silver is no longer used etc.

Dunno.  confused:

Re Haggis ~ they tend to be quite well seasoned so if your lot don't like spiced foods I hope you got a mild one.

Do you mean there are different strengths of haggis?  eeek: This is more complicated than I thought.

Mind you if you are going to eat brains and oats in a sheep's stomach a bit of strong flavouring prolly helps  noooo:

The mass produced ones are pretty much the same ~ not too spiced but those made in local butchers can be a bit spicey, prolly cos the offal is iffy to start with.
