Since it's BBQ weather... and Chez Moi being slightly challenged in the BBQ department I shall mostly be chucking things on the George Forman grill...  cloud9:

I particularly like the higher level grill for things that don't need the intense heat  ;)

Anyhoo, tonight's offering is guaranteed to be unpopular with a couple of patrons  whistle:
Sardine and fennel toasted sarnies with salad. Yum!
