Fry mustard seeds and onion until the seeds are popping and the onions is part cooked throw in some diced courgette and cook for a few more minutes serve when courgette is still al dente. cloud9:

Just vodka tonight so far ( been down the pub  redface: ) ...think I may need to investigate the contents of my cupboard and find something inspiring otherwise tomorrow may be even more of a challenge than normal  whistle:
