I understand where you are coming from in that if I was saying I want to lose however many stones by April and be that like forever more - that would be unrealistic.

I am not

I principally want to get fitter - that is my aim and yes  I would like to lose a pound or two  in the process  but I am not stupid. I have never been a yo-yo dieter type just lose a bit of the excess that has recently been put on .

Whatever there is Miss D it will prolly be luke warm  (it doesn't matter if it is supposed to be hot or cold) and inedible.
