No ~ I am telling her that her diet and get slim exercise regime won't work.
I have never met her so am in no position to comment on her shape or size.

I understand where you are coming from in that if I was saying I want to lose however many stones by April and be that like forever more - that would be unrealistic.

I am not

I principally want to get fitter - that is my aim and yes  I would like to lose a pound or two  in the process  but I am not stupid. I have never been a yo-yo dieter type just lose a bit of the excess that has recently been put on .
