We also have a juicing thingy. But I took the fuse out to mend something else and now the plug has fallen apart.

No. Rolled Oats and tap water zapped in microwave for two minutes, half teaspoon of cinnamon stirred in. NO CREAM AND NO SUGAR ~ not even any milk.  sick2: "Good for me"

That sounds vile!

Cinnamon is good for the metabolism apparently.

They were taliking about that on the radio last week. One of the latest diets is the honey and cinnamon diet. 1 tsp of honey, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon in a glass of hot water at each end of the days loses you 7lb a week (so they said)
