Porridge. With cream and brown sugar.  cry:

No. Rolled Oats and tap water zapped in microwave for two minutes, half teaspoon of cinnamon stirred in. NO CREAM AND NO SUGAR ~ not even any milk.  sick2: "Good for me"

That sounds vile!

Cinnamon is good for the metabolism apparently.

They were taliking about that on the radio last week. One of the latest diets is the honey and cinnamon diet. 1 tsp of honey, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon in a glass of hot water at each end of the days loses you 7lb a week (so they said)

Yoda Graham is going trout fishing today and has promised to bring me one back. Assuming he catches one, that is...

Nick weighs 20st, so his doctor puts him on a diet. 'I want you to eat regularly for 2 days, then skip a day and repeat this for 2 weeks, you should loose 5lbs.' When Nick returned, he shocked the doctor by having lost 4st. 'That?s amazing the doc said'...Nick nodded...'I'll tell you, I thought I was going to drop dead by the 3rd day.' 'What from hunger said the doc?'...'No from the f........g skipping!'

Haven't done much trout fishing this year ~ which is a pity for many reasons ~ however there are a couple in the freezer from our last expedition.

Last time out Minor caught a 2.5 pound rainbow which we "hot" smoked over Jasmine Tea Leaves and ate for dinner that night.
