Roast Pork and usual trimmings has been replaced by the kitchen staff by pasta (THW's B/F is a vegetarian  ::) )

Then take some paracetamol and go back to bed. Do not eat but drink water if you can keep it down. Keep the room as dark as possible. A soft scarf tied round your head as a blindfold sometimes works.
Looking at a PC screen will not help and may well aggravate the condition ~ it's the pixels like.
