PS Mrs S#2 has always referred to pickled gherkins as "Pickled Pricks" ~ she came out with that during one of those unexpected silences that fall on a crowded aisle in the supermarket "Oh look ~ do we want any pickled pricks for Christmas?"  redface:

Again she has many names for things ~ she once gave me a shopping list that contained the letters AWP. I had no idea that she meant Arse Wipe Paper.

I offered to take Mrs JOM out to the pasta/pizza place tonight (BOGOF) but she said she just wanted to come home and "crash". So, it's gammon steak, mash taters, parsley sauce with peas and carrots
