Indeed. Why?

I used to work with him a long time ago and he has stayed in touch. Expressed an interest back then but was told I am not interested. Now 'needs' to talk. I am putting this down to the fact that he has recently split from his girlfriend and is a bit down. Just hoping thats all really.

He wants to go to an art exhibition (deep unadulterated joy  ::) ) and then lunch.

Not too excited about lunch either - he is the sort if you put a chip in your mouth he tells you how unhealthy it is  Banghead

Which part of "NO!" was it that you couldn't manage?
