There are always stray frozen peas in mine  rubschin:

Anyhoo, I was in a rush so tonight, fishcakes. I now read the label... ooo err... salmon, spinach and sicilian lemon fishcakes no less.
Not only that but these fishcakes were caught in the Pacific Ocean  eeek:

I use an old iron frying pan ~ and the plate method to turn the omelette (Spanish style)
