Diced pork marinated in Soy Sauce, roast chopped veg/fruit (Celery, tomato, Onion, peppers etc) and Pasta.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

Celery is worse than fish  eeek:

Diced pork marinated in Soy Sauce, roast chopped veg/fruit (Celery, tomato, Onion, peppers etc) and Pasta.

Another one for my marinading folder  lol:

A good dollop of dark soy sauce and a splash of dry sherry (in place of rice wine). Cover the diced pork or chicken with the marinade and leave it in the 'fridge overnight. Fry it in the juices and it comes out "black". Very nice. Serve with pasta shapes of one sort or another or with rice.

Miss D ~ I am not fond of celery but sauteed it is acceptable.

Oh you can do it in half an hour but if you want really BLACK meat then 24 hours is good.
