For today and yesterday I have decided not to count alcohol  redface: Although the tonic is slimline!

I did nearly cave at the supermarket though and buy krispy kreme donuts. redface: Mr Wench quick marched me passed them though and treated me to cherries instead.

I have to say the best version I have ever heard was in the old Cardiff Arms Park at a Wales V England Rugby Match back in the days when Wales had the likes of Dr. JPR Williams playing for them. 60,000 voices singing Cwm Rhondda in perfect harmony has to be heard to be believed ~ as I am sure GOS will testify
