What is the point of the courgette? It is only an undersized marrow.  sick2:

eeek:  You hold ill feelings against the diminutive marrow?  Personally I find courgettes / zucchini / baby squash / undersized marrow if you will, to be a very acceptable veg.  cloud9:

Fair 'nuff if you like them ~ I find them tasteless, watery and a waste of space on any plate. But then I feel the same about Aubergines (Egg Plants) and Marrow.
Most squashes need a great deal of help to make them palatable in my opinion and frankly are seldom worth the effort.
