I didn't know until recently that you can make chutney with runner beans.

Amazing - that was Hugh whatsisname from River Cottage.

Any glut you got, make a chutney with it.

Turnip chutney eh?  rubschin:

Marginally better than marigold chutney surely?

Made from Snoopys gloves?

Pedant: Should it be Snoopy's?

No, it is the possessive case, not an abbreviation for 'Snoopy is'.  ::)

I never comment on anything like that  - all my assumptions are based on the fact that I will inevitably be wrong  8)

The first morning this month with no hangover?

Your brain had a mind of its own, so to speak.

Well the eggs will do you little harm and we can allow three chips I think. It's the fat that you fried the eggs in that worries me ~ you should consider poaching them instead. Much healthier. angel1

Oh and we had roast ham, mashed spuds and green beans.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.
