Actually gone off booze tbqath. Sick of feeling like a bag o' shite for several days after going on a bender, and I tend to get quite severe indigestion type symptoms too these days.
Must be me age, same as i cannot eat a meal after about 8pm or it just lies in me gut all night long giving me the gripes keeping me awake like.
