I went to the Taverna and ordered a Rocket, Spinach, Lettuce and Cabbage salad, drizzled it with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and sprinkled with fresh Parmasan...

Served with Procuito and  assorted salami, dressed with fresh ground black pepper...

Prosciutto and Parmesan would have been even better whistle:
