I like them but not "Brains" ~ something in the name puts me off. There used to be Pork Butcher between Sheffield and Chesterfield who made them on the premises ~ Very good they were too, his black pudding was excellent and his pork pies to die for cloud9:

I wonder what happened to "Pork Butchers" you don't see them anymore. I suppose people don't know how to cook properly these days.
