Yep I like turkey just not 22lbs of it dried out having been overcooked because that's what should be done a Christmas.  Many years ago I used to go to Uxbridge market and pick up turkey thighs for next to nothing. Would strip them out and make wonderful meals.  cloud9:

A kind offer but we have a local farm that sells them ready butchered. Not far from your 'ill so you might care to drop in there some time.

Bodfari Fish and Game is the retail outlet of the Old Forge Trout Farm. The shop has been established since 1990, originally selling just trout. Over the years it has expanded and responded to the health conscious customer. We now sell a wide variety of fresh sea fish, shellfish and smoked produce. We stock a wide range of high protein low-fat game in season, alongside our exotic meat range that includes kudu, crocodile, kangaroo and springbok which make for a very different burger and sausage for a BBQ!
