Since being diagnosed as Type 2 Diabetic I have to check my blood sugar levels regularly and these give me the clue as to when I should eat. If the family are at home it is not a problem but I usually forget at least one meal when I'm here on my own. Sometimes I don't eat at all until the BS check shows that I am down to danger levels or I start to "hypo" then it is panic to get sugars down me neck before I pass out.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.
