It smells luvverly, my stomach is starting to rumble!

Still got about 45-60 minutes to go.
Lid will come off in a minute, to brown and crisp the layered spuds.

Lettuce, pepper, tomato, olives, yoghurt and mint, caramelised onion relish,
ham and La Vache qui rit, topped with parsley.
