After a couple of days of nutrition free disgusterous food I am rousing the rabble and this evening either a Chinese meal for 6 or an Indian meal for six will be delivered. cloud9:

I have a foolproof method for poached eggs. I doubt it is BM proof though  noooo:

Since we are in the Restaurant I had better be serious and tell you that I poach eggs in the proper cheffy fashion.
Bring a pan of water to a rolling boil, break fresh, room temperature, egg into the water, lift out with a slotted spoon after 60 seconds. Perfick!
