Only been thrown out of two pubs and one banquet in me life.

Ruthin Castle in '86 iirc.

I've told the story before.  ::) Pay attention man mouse.  ::)

Briefly, me and the lads decided to join in with the spirit of the evening....medievil (sp)

WE always thought they chucked buns and drink at each other in the good 'ole days tbh. Shrugs:

The other guests and management didn't quite see it the same way, bloody humourless tits. ::)

It was getting a bit out of hand though, granted.

We allot barred from a 'gentlemans evening'  eyes:  that I organised at Leasowe Castle in '88 too.

One of the lads decided it would be a good wheeze to set a foam fire extinguisher off and spray it over everyone.

Homemade beefburgers 'n' salad ... yum!  In fact I'd better get started  eeek:

First kill your bullock and hang the carcass for fourteen days.
Next plant your lettuce in rows

.........................

.......................................

Oh ~ you mean take some mince you bought at Waitrose,  chop some onions and fry gently to soften but not colour then mix onions, mince and spices out of a jar together, roll the mixture into balls and flatten with the palm of your hand. Place the patties on a hot  griddle pan.
Next take some pre-washed mixed salad leaf out of the chiller cabinet in the fridge add some olives from a jar, chop a tomato and avocado and place in a bowl with any other cold vegetables and fruit you fancy then toss the salad in a light vinaigrette.

Turn the patties and sear the other side ~ careful not to overcook the meat.

Yes I think I have the getting started picture on this home made stuff.  Trouble is I start out taking the p*** and end up fancying the dish myself  surrender:

lol: lol:  I wondered about mentioning finding a cow first but thought better of it. Yes, of course the lean mince was bought; the only mincing going around here is the gay couple upstairs and along the corridor  ;)

Chopped red onion, garlic, bread crumbs, egg, Lea & Perrins, dash of ketchup, mustard, seasoning all mushed up and made into patties; two in the freezer, two in the fridge chilling down. Torn salad leaves, tomatoes, spring onion and some dressing...  cloud9:

Ooops... forgot the parsely, finely chopped of course

Had Lamb Shanks, Dauphinoise and petit pois followed by fruit tart for lunch so dinner tonight is going to be another double vodka because I am too nervous to pull the cork out of the Champagne and as I have been up since 0130 hours getting myself back to England I will soon be curled up in my hotel bed.  Good night. surrender:
