I might do the guacamole, I'm not sure. Was taken out to lunch to a French restaurant  redface:   She wasn't drinking because of her fairly advanced pregnancy; He wasn't because he was driving ... So the bottle of Rosé, well ...  cloud9:

It's all to do with a gas given off by the ripening banana.

Doesn't work so well if your keep the fruit in the fridge. Room temp in a brown bag is best.

All is well.  Avo and tomato both at room temperature.  Got some really ripe ones at the market today so will be making guacamole tomorrow. cloud9:
