Girls night last night
....interrrupted by an emergency work call at 10 o clock
We have a safety system that requires our officers to log in and out after visits. Someone in
another feckin team altogether had failed to log off.
So Brian at the call centre rang me as he was told ' I was very helpful'
..." Sounds like you're having fun he says "
.. Next half an hour involves ringing various people to get hold of other people's numbers and call them .
Finally I get through to the person in question ....she is in the pub slaughtered and says " Oh yes ...I forgot to log off"
Ring back the managers in HER team and tell them they need to review their business continuity plans on Monday Morning .
Ring back 'Brian' to say problem sorted and he starts chatting happily away about the world and it's mother
