I prefer flavour to heat/spicyness in curries. But I'm a bit like that with other foods, there's a pizza place in Blazin' Smoke advertises 18" pizzas, I see it as a challenge  redface:

Stir fry scallops and er, the usual stuff you put in a stir fry like spring onions, greens, bean sprouts, soy sauce etc  razz:

Chicken curry tonite. Usually make a batch to last at least two days, so always use two tins of tomatoes. Went to the cupboard and only had one tin of tomatoes...so I bunged in a tin of baked beans as well...result?

Last night like... Cafe Rouge.  Chicken liver pate but it wasnt seasoned enough and plum chutney which wasnt sharp enough and the waitress brought a giant black pepper no salt (what was that all about - Italian custom gone wrong I suspect).  Very nice french fries and minute steak though.  And to start it off Une Ricard!  cloud9:

Got some steaks this morning... put some tenderising salt on them and will throw them on the BBQ shortly...

Not sure if I should go for chips or new potatoes and veggies tho....  rubschin:
