This Chicken Ball has me puzzled. I have discussed it with Lil Bruv who is a butcher and he feels it is nothing more than a boned out chook tied up to look like a haggis. An alternative he offered is that it is minced chicken, a la Chicken nuggets ie guts, giblets and all, which is then reformed into a ball shape .... again much the same principle as chicken nuggets but larger, obviously larger.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

Thassit!

The butcher in Debenhams makes them... you pick out your chicken and swish, swish, swish with his sharp knife and you end up with a pile of bones and the meat tied up in a ball with the skin outside... Simples!

Fussy sod that I am, yes, and they're paler

It seems that when I find some product I really like, the following week, it's "our newer/better/improved recipe", with added bulls hit
